At Vanguard Genetix we believe that quality of life should equal longevity of life. Our mission is to empower our patients to take control of their health through preventative medicine and personalized care. We are dedicated to working closely with each patient to develop sustainable lifestyle habits that enhance overall health and wellness. We are not functional medicine practitioners but adopt many similar elements as well as a holistic approach.
We use comprehensive testing in conjunction with assessing symptoms to analyze each patient and make recommendations to optimize and improve health, which may at times include medications. Our focus is on being more active and consuming a cleaner diet in conjunction with adequate hydration, reducing stress, improving quality of sleep and getting regular sunlight.

Our Team
Antoni Adamrovich
Antoni has a background in orthopedics, family medicine, prison healthcare, addiction sciences and has spent nearly a decade in the hormone, weight loss and peptide space. He has contracted his clinical services for some of the largest wellness clinics in Ohio and decided to start his own wellness clinic to impact the community. His passion for health revolves around divergent thinking and the implementation of lifestyle changes for prevention over treatment. He also enjoys educating his patients about health so they can take accountability and responsibility and make lasting changes. He encourages clean, well rounded eating, increased activity levels, daily sunlight, stress reduction, improving quality of sleep and reducing or avoiding endocrine disruptors. He encourages various lifestyle changes based on a combination of his patients symptoms and labs and if necessary will utilize various medications to achieve their goals. His ultimate goal is for quality of life to equal longevity. Along his journey for improving health he met two other like minded, health conscious individuals, Stephanie Perea and Olivia Lust, who he has the pleasure of calling part of his team. They are an integral part of treating and caring for our patients and have been very genuine and enjoyable to work together.
Craig Nolletti
Craig has made physical fitness a huge part of his life for the last 25 years. Opening and building 6 gyms in the last 11 years he has dedicated his career to helping others to transform their health and lifestyle through the gym. Craig has also been a hormone therapy patient for years and is a believer in the program and the benefits it provides to others.
Stephanie Perea
A Texas Native, Stephanie, Co-Founder of SO EstheVa Wellness MedSpa LLC, obtained her Bachelors in Nursing at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2014 where she started as a surgical/trauma nurse, falling in love with trauma and landing her last 6 years as an RN in the Emergency Department. In 2019, Stephanie graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with her Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Moving to Ohio, Stephanie began practicing as an FNP-C in orthopedics while first assisting ortho-spine cases in the OR. It has been her ultimate goal to practice in the field of Aesthetic Medicine, where she could use her skills to provide alternative therapies to help women and men feel and look their best using noninvasive procedures coupled with wellness. Beyond her professional life, Stephanie loves working out, competing in four natural bodybuilding shows and enjoys spending her time outdoors with friends and family. She appreciates every bit of her free time with her husband, doing whatever life brings. Stephanie is a mother to 3 boys, her greatest achievements Lucas and twins Gabriel & Graham. Stephanie is dedicated to her patients and helping them to realize their best selves.
Olivia Lust
Olivia Lust is Co-Founder of SO EstheVa Wellness MedSpa, LLC, bringing expertise as a board certified physician assistant recognized by the State Medical Board of Ohio. She graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with her Master's of Medical Science in 2020. Passionate about making a positive impact, Olivia is more than a practitioner-she's dedicated to accentuating and celebrating each patient's innate beauty. As a skilled injector, she crafts personalized treatment plans that harmonize aesthetics with individualized care, ensuring natural-looking results. Embarking on her medical career in Orthopedics and first assisting in the operating room, Olivia honed her technical and procedural skills, laying the foundation for her journey into aesthetics. Her commitment to excellence extends to continuous education, with in-person and online training sessions conducted by industry leaders. She is an active member of organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA), and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). Residing in Wooster, OH, with her husband David, Olivia finds joy in balancing her professional endeavors with a love for the outdoors, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
